Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders only within the United States and Canada.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We use Shippo to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of your products. Shippo allows us to choose the best shipping carriers and rates based on your location and package size.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nine Yards of Bengal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Nine Yards of Bengal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
