Return & Refund Policy
At Nine Yards of Bengal, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handcrafted products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to nineyardsofbengal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will be reviewed and approved at our discretion.
Note: We do not accept returns for size issues, color perception, or change of mind, as most of our items are handcrafted and made in limited batches.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or tailored products
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please email us at nineyardsofbengal@gmail.com immediately with your order details.
